If
for some reason you are not happy with the level
of service given or are dissatisfied with work
carried out on your vehicle you have several
options;
1. Report it to the Repair Centre Manager
2. Contact Head Office via post, email and/or
phone.
There should be no reason why your
complaint(s) and/or demand(s) cannot be dealt
with and corrected within reasonable time if we
are found to be at fault.
If it is found, following a review that work was
not satisfactory, rest assured it will be
corrected as soon as humanly possible!
Late Vehicle Collection/Storage Fees
On completion of repairs, vehicle must be
collected by no later than 12 hours after
repair completion, or the agreed time stated
by the repair centre. If we finish sooner
than advertised then customer will be given
up until the agreed time or time agreed with
repair centre.
Fees
A storage charge of £25.00 +
VAT for every day vehicle is left will be
added to final repair bill. We will not be
held responsible for any new
damage(s) once 36 hours lapse and
if vehicle has to be moved within repair
centre or outside.
Late Repair/Delivery of Vehicle
As much as we clearly state repair times
(see Collections & Delivery Service)
our times are only based on labour of our
staff. We cannot be held responsible in
cases where parts, suppliers/manufacturers
have reneged on confirmed parts delivery
dates/times.
If we are unable to complete within the
stated and/or agreed times we will deduct
10% (excl. VAT) from final
repair bill, if we exceed 24 hours.
Customer will also be refunded any
additional charges paid for a particular
service.
Fuel Levels
It is a company requirement that all
vehicles collected by our drivers have a
minimum amount of fuel as mentioned below:
Engines....up to 1600cc- Min 1/4 tank
Engines over 1600cc - Min 1/2 tank
If fuel is below the stated levels on
collection/delivery or if
the customer delivers their vehicle and
levels are below stated level, on returning
of vehicle we will put in the necessary fuel
- an admin fee of £10.00 +VAT will
apply.
