Scuffs, scratches, splits or holes are prevalent on the plastic part of an increasing number of vehicles on our roads today. Bumpers, mirror casing, and other external plastics, whether colour coded or textured' can all be repaired to 'as new' condition using our specially designed systems.

Our paint department will mix and also blend any colour, shade, per your requirement. They have the technology and ability to perform a perfect colour match for any job, even for colours manufactured in the late 1960's!
Gloss, pearlescent, metallic can all be applied with the minimum of fuss inside our drive-in, slow baking vehicle oven, ensuring that the paint is baked and hardened before applying the finishing touches to a great paint job!
Colour Restoration
Colour restoration is a service that we provide after close inspection of vehicle and client consultation. Different levels of restoration are available and we also pride ourselves on being able to restore vintage, performance, old and collectors vehicles. Panel preparation- sanding, buffing, polishing are all part of what we do when restoring a panel, car or vehicles bodywork.
Wheels
Alloy wheels are now fitted to most vehicles as standard. Once 'kerbed' it is likely that they will corrode spoiling the vehicles appearance resulting, in most cases in vehicle value depreciation. Bodywork Xpress' alloy wheel refurbishment will totally restore your alloys to pristine condition. Our repair systems, be they manual and/or machine, are the best in quality ensuring that the customer receives an excellent and professional service.
Mobile Car Body Workshop
Our vehicles are equipped with all the necessary tools to conduct vehicle inspections, perform mobile bumper scratch/scuff repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment (selected alloy types), slight panel damage, colour restoration, small surface area re-sprays mirror casings, etc. We take the body shop to the customer.
Our quality services are designed to be quick and cost effective. Because our system is mobile there is no need for expensive premises - this helps to keep overheads/costs low, which is passed on to you, the customer!

Reception/Admin/Vehicle processing
This is where cars arriving on site are processed, checked for work to be carried out, checked that work is authorised and job sheets created
Assessment dept.
Vehicles arriving without prior assessment are estimated and authorised in liaison with insurance company/bill payer.
Strip & Fit Dept.
The vehicle is brought in and stripped to confirm accuracy of estimate and begin the repair process through the workshop. Parts list is confirmed at this stage. Vehicles are fitted up after painting.
Parts Dept
The parts required are ordered and checked for accuracy on arrival.
Panel work
If the vehicle needs panel-beating, welding or repairs to panels or chassis on a floor puller or jig. Panel alignment is checked at this stage.
Paint Preparation
The repaired or replacement panels are prepped and primed prior to final finish.
Painting
Spraying of final finish colour paintwork to vehicles and panels including custom finish paints such as designio, flip, chromaticetc.
Valeting/QC
Vehicles are cleaned inside and out and quality control checked before release.
