Diamond cutting is very technical and time consuming and involves the use of expensive specialist alloy wheel diamond cutting equipment. The diamond cutting machine skims the alloy wheel intricately & accurately to produce an ultra polished/shiny DVD looking effect! The alloys are then lacquered to protect against corrosion.
Powder coating alloy wheels is far superior in terms of the finish as well as total hardened protection against corrosion and resistance of atmospheric/road conditions that alloy wheels endure daily as compared to standard alloy wheels painted finish!
We now provide Buckled and cracked alloy wheel repair by our new are new partners.
Unfortunately Bodywork Xpress is unable to store vehicles at either our Redhill, Crystal Palace or Brixton/Camberwell repair centres whilst alloy wheels are either being repaired (alloy wheel crack repair, alloy wheel buckle straightened, diamond wheel cutting or powder coating) or receiving alloy wheel refurbishment.
We offer a pick up and drop off service within the London zones 1 – 6 for the above alloy wheel only services from home or office as well as just delivery service whereby the customer delivers there vehicle or alloy wheels to us and we arrange the delivery of the alloy wheel(s) to our partners. Similarly the customer can book through us and drop them directly!
